How should I store my Bibamba chocolate?
To maintain the best flavor and texture, store your chocolate in a cool, dry place between 60-70°F (15-21°C). Avoid refrigeration if possible, as it can cause sugar bloom and affect the snap of the bar.
Where does your cacao come from?
Our cacao is ethically sourced directly from our family-owned farm in Cameroon. We take pride in our farm-to-bar process, ensuring high-quality artisan chocolate while supporting sustainable agricultural practices.
What is your shipping policy for warm weather?
During warmer months, we ship our chocolates with insulated liners and ice packs to prevent melting. We recommend choosing expedited shipping to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition.
Are your chocolate products vegan or gluten-free?
Many of our dark chocolate products are naturally vegan and gluten-free. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information and certifications.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number so you can follow your chocolate's journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a resolution.
